Global Flash Mob 4 Good This Friday!
This Friday, June 4, the first international flash mob event for good will take place at locations around the globe. The Social Mob 4 Good flash mob, also known as #somob4good, was organized in an effort to help raise awareness for social service agencies around the world, many of which suffer from lack of funding and therefore cannot or are limited in providing the much needed support in the communities they serve. With a host of champions scheduling flash mobs across the globe, we plan to shed some light on the good work of these organizations through social media promotion as well as a fun event that is sure to happen in a flash.
For more details join the #somob4good fan page (http://www.facebook.com/somob4good). Even if you can’t participate in person, you can share your stories about social service agencies via CNN iReport (http://bit.ly/somobcnn).
